Safari has always been my dream destination, and I’m very happy to report that I just went last month. It took a long time to go because it’s very expensive and takes a lot of effort to get there, and plan a trip like that. It was amazing everything I hoped it would be well worth waiting for.
Now that I’m able to do luxury travel, It’s become more challenging to find those true dream destinations, and for them to live up to the hype. I wanted to go to Amangiri for a long time, but after traveling there, I didn’t really love it. at the moment I would say my travel dreams include seeing fireflies and the northern lights. Those both seem challenging to plan and may not be much of a luxury trip.

Tips for dream holiday in Sorrento

Me and my boyfriend are flying in to Naples in August and plan on taking a ferry down to Sorrento. Was wondering does anyone have recommendations for hotels in Sorrento or any must do/see things in Sorrento. It’s a dream holiday so hoping to find a nice hotel with a pool that doesn’t require us to have a car but isn’t too central because we like our sleep so want a quite hotel.

I visited Egypt for a 'dream' holiday and it turned out to be the worst trip ever: 'I've never felt so uncomfortable'

This is very hard and sad to read. I don't know why is the military regime nonchalant about protecting the touristic places, as a start. Changing the society will take ages I understand. But many poor countries where people tend to act the same way are protected by tourism police, and reported scam shops are shutdown. Are they waiting to inaugurate the Grand Egyptian Museum to take actions?! Because if that's the case, our reputation is already tarnished, and the tourists will take so many years to rebuild trust.
Is it true that policeman own these shops? Is it true that Police individuals (e.h., Ameen Shorta) controls the syndicates of beggars?
This is getting out of hand.
Top Comment: Im a swiss american egyptologist who travels to egypt frequently and can sadly confirm that my experiences in Egypt, especially with men and scammers, is often the same as described here. I have feared for my life many times. However I will never stop studying Egypt's past, and working towards its future. But its true. Something needs to change. I just hope it does before tourism is more affected.

2008 holiday Barbie is my dream Barbie doll yet everywhere I look she's being sold for nearly £100 😩
Sometimes I'll see her being sold for ~$50 but since that's all the way in America the shipping is too much to justify and I'd be better off buying the UK ones
Am I better off waiting for a good price to come buy or should I get her as soon as possible? I remember a few years ago she was being sold for around £50, and I'm scared her price will continue to increase, esp with the new Barbie movie

Pay what you are comfortable paying for her. No one else can tell you what that value is because it's different for everyone.
